      Pros

      Challenging and exciting environment, full of smart people extremely passionate about their jobs. The company is based on solid principles, nothing is left to chance: from the internal organization to the development of the software. Possibility of working on different things and acquire domain knowledge from different fields.

      Cons

      After six months I can hardly say there are any cons. Probably the salary (compared to other software companies) is the biggest cons one can expect.

      Pros

      This company is full of smart, committed people. The company is heavy on collaboration which works well with my style. The company takes a very measured approach to development and decisions are made with ample information. Also, free cookies on Friday!

      Cons

      The collaboration aspect can be cumbersome to some people. Development is not as fast as at other companies but that is intentional.
