      A friendly and challenging environment that provides opportunities to grow your technical skills and learn. Some nice perks, especially compared to academia!

      Cons

      No major complaints. There are not that many vertical career paths, but you can find other ways to grow and expand influence.

      MathWorks believes that an environment that challenges, in a positive and constructive way creates a stimulating and rewarding place to work, which in-turn helps us all be more productive. This is the kind of place I like to work. It’s fun to continually look for better ways of doing things, to make you think about the how, the what and the why. MathWorks approach to work, to getting stuff done and creating a fun environment makes me happy!
