Pros
Interesting work, super-smart colleagues, the ability to control your own career and destiny. Collegial, team-centered environment. Company is also undergoing dramatic, positive change. New laptops for everyone, new construction has cool contemporary look, etc.
Cons
You need to be self-motivated and self-directed. Not an ideal environment for people waiting for someone to tell them what to do.
