The work environment was pretty friendly. You can chat with your coworkers when things are slow. The children are fun and funny to work with. The work schedule is very very flexible so it is a very suitable job for college students who work around their college schedule.

Cons

The pay isn't very much. The pace is very inconsistent. Some days (or hours) will be very busy, borderline chaotic, and some days (or hours) it is very very slow.
