Good job to have when I was in high-school

Good salary for high-school job ($10/hr), flexible hours, impact children's education, and fairly laid-back environment most of the time

Cons

Could get stressful handling up to 4 kids at once, sometimes felt like I was being driven only to increase enrollment rates instead of being patient and teaching the kids as I felt would best suit them

Not the typical Mathnasium layout. Instead was seated with 3-4 students at a desk ranging in different ages and learning styles, could be overwhelming
