I've had the pleasure to see my center start from day 1 and well into its toddler years. Good pay, easy job, great for part-timers

Cons

I think it'll be hit or miss which center you work at because the students really determine how your experience will be.

Pros

You're able to work closely with students and watch them grow and learn. Very rewarding. The online Mathnasium training is comprehensive.

Cons

Mathnasium recommends each instructor to have no more than 4 at a time, therefore when many kids come in and the center is understaffed, it quickly becomes stressful.
