Cons

I've worked at two centers now and both had different but equally condescending and toxic leadership.

Pros

Flexible hours, option to be on-site, remote, or hybrid. Staff is awesome! You are not alone: always there to assist with students who may be difficult to work with. Great as a side job/gig.

Cons

Part-time as instructor and only evening hours. May not be working 6 hours everyday.
