Flexible with time, over the sand of 15 hours a week working 4 days a week
Cons
I only got paid 12 dollars a hour for 5 plus years. When I asked for a raise I did not get one. You could get more hours and money working somewhere else. I would never recommend this to a friend. There are no benefits at all either so it is a huge waste of time.
