This was a very fun and rewarding job as I got to work with students of all ages and help them with different issues.

Cons

There was limited opportunity to get more hours of work.

When I first worked there, the person who ran the location had formerly been a teacher and was very helpful in maintaining a great environment for work and learning. During this time, I thoroughly enjoyed working and teaching the students and it was very rewarding to see the students progress.

Cons

After different management took over, there was a lack of organization that resulted in a complete change in culture. The kids didn't enjoy being there as much, and didn't want to learn as much.
