Work with groups of kids to teach them math in a simpler way. They provide all the supplies and you are just there to answer questions.

Cons

Short staffed, lack of flexibility of schedule changes.

My boss and colleagues were nice and friendly. Flexible hours

Cons

It was not a nice environment to work. The focus of Mathnasium seemed be to please parents and not teach children. When teaching I was sometimes undermined and children who misbehaved were rewarded with extra attention.
