Flexible hours. Good teaching program. Kids are generally motivated and well-behaved. Can work with students at the math level you are proficient in.

Cons

Short hours (only open 4 hours per day, 5 days per week). Could be a pro or a con depending on what you are looking for. No benefits.

I really had a lot of fun with this job. It was a relaxed environment and everyone that worked there got along pretty well. The owners were really friendly and work there on the floor with you. Overall, I really enjoyed this part-time job.

Cons

None, unless you can't multi-task, since you're expected to tutor about 4 kids at a single time, although sometimes you might just tutor 1 or 2 kids.
