Pros

Awesome team of tutors to work with. My boss was very flexible and understanding with my class schedule. It was very easy to work as much or as little hours as possible. Your mental math gets extremely quick as well.

None that I can think of.

Good system in terms of how to help teach and grade. I think the people and parents were also more understanding to follow our methods

Cons

Babysitting is not part of the description even though it should be. It became distracting at one point

The children are very nice and usually hard working. Parents are usually involved.

Cons

Pays less then local fast food place even coming in with 3 years experience. Shifts are only 2-4 hours long.
