- Working with kids - Nice environment - Managers are very chill and easy to talk with - The way we teach at mathnasium makes it easy because we have the answer key, it really about giving your attention to the students and explaining to them in a nice way

Cons

- the hours did not fit my schedule 3-8pm - you don't really get breaks, you always have to attend to students or make notes or grade assignments - a lot of the kids have senior learning disabilities
