Was a mentor for many students and had a blast educating them on the Fundamentals of Algebra, Geometry, and more

Cons

There was not one moment in my time at Mathnasium that I came to dislike; every day was fulfilling and quite enjoyable.

Pros

The tasks were pretty simple, you are generated a set of worksheets to provide to a student, and then you have to help teach the contents of the worksheets ranging from counting up to Algebra 1. You were also encouraged to engage in more fun math game activites and such as rewards. Also, the Socratic teaching method was heavily employed, and I use it a ton as a Teaching Assistant in computer science at the University of Minnesota.

Cons

Pay was a bit low, started at minimum wage, but it's fair since I was leaving for college.
