It's a nice tutoring job in the sense that you don't have to come up with any study materials, study plans, or find students to teach. Mathnasium does that for you and you just have to teach the students.

Cons

Pay is not very high for a tutoring job. Doing the same tutoring job privately, tutors can make 2-3 times as much money.
