Working with students of all ages keeps you sharp on your math skills, working with the students is very rewarding, and the work environment is comfortable and supportive. very flexible with scheduling.

Cons

The pay is okay but not great, and prepare to work evenings. Max of 4 hour shifts.

Fairly relaxed work environment and the math being taught was very simple. The other employees were are friendly and I had a flexible work schedule.

Cons

The minimum wage and working with 4-6 young children, effectively acting as a babysitter were very stressful and made it difficult to get anything accomplished. There are always problem children who will do anything and everything to avoid doing math,
