Lively and not boring. Great way to improve many skills (such as managing people and organisation + multitasking) as a first job.

Cons

Sometimes managers can be overbearing and the "mathnasium way" is sometimes not helpful for teaching older students. Lots of multitasking and a lot is expected from a minimum wage teacher who is quite young.
