While the individual experience of each Mathnasium center is different, the one that I worked with at Mission Gorge headed by Tommy Najarian was an excellent one, with a very strong team culture and excellent work-school balance for those in high school and college.

Cons

Depending on the center, there might be an uneven ratio of students to instructors requiring instructors to work in a 4:1 ratio, but this was not the case at Mission Gorge
