      Pros

      Decent pay, seemed like there was a fair amount of potential for promotions at least to regional/branch management. Fun interacting with kids.

      Cons

      Teaching methods were too structured and rigid, not enough time spent with each individual kid, expected to tutor 5+ kids at once which made it very difficult to give them attention.

      Management and employees are friendly, helpful, and create a great work environment for the kids. This is a great place to work if you're looking for a part-time job.

      Cons

      No cons. Everyone is awesome, the kids are fun to be around, and the staff is made up of really cool people.
