Getting to work with kids from different age groups and different backgrounds and being able help them become successful in their math classes.

Cons

Getting paid much, much less than a typical tutor would. Also doing more in the same period of time than you would in a traditional one-on-one setting.

Relatively easy position. There were very flexible hours while I was there, which was good with schooling at the time.

Cons

Low pay Frustrating system of dealing with problem students. No real structure set up with no strong incentive system set up to get students to actually do there work.
