      Pros

      Fun environment. Innovative teaching techniques. It was really easy work, which was good since it was my first part-time job (I was in high school.) Most of the kids were really great and really tried to understand the material.

      Cons

      Some of the kids were super bratty. Material was sometimes repetitive/too hard. Long, unnecessary training.
