Pros
Everyone is enthusiastic about teaching. Every student has a different curriculum and it's easy to keep track of student progress.
Cons
Some students come in with the idea that they will only get help on their school work. They do not spend enough time on their homework however. Perhaps emphasize the fact that each student has a curriculum that is based on assessments.
