Pros

Friendly and helpful coworkers and management, and the training is quick and easy to complete (and paid!). Scheduling is very flexible, which is a big plus.

Cons

Because the center is only open around twenty hours a week, there aren't really opportunities to work as many hours as I'd like. That said, the predictability of scheduling makes it possible to work another job as desired.
