      The owner and supervisor have been very flexible with my school schedule and have made working here an absolute delight.

      Pros

      This is a great part time position for college students and I love the flexibility and lack of stress involved in this job.

      Cons

      Challenges include working with multiple students learning different subjects all requiring help at the same time, prioritizing the students and keeping the rest on task int he meantime.

      Pros

      Really fun to work with kids, the curriculum provided is really easy to follow and use and kids seem to enjoy it. The training provided was straightforward and clear. Also, shadowing other employees was really helpful when I was getting started.

      Cons

      If you don't like working with kids, you won't like working here. Only part time.
