      Great kids Fun environment Keeps you on your toes Keep up with math on a regular basis Job where you can actually use what you learned

      Cons

      Compensation is a little low (starting wage) There are no strict rules The kids can get frustrating occasionally Child psychology comes into play with this job No real career can come out of it

      You get great experience teaching students of all ages If you want to move up, it is entirely possible with a bit of initiative Scheduling is relatively flexible, can work around other jobs or school

      Cons

      We never had enough staff, so getting a day off was near impossible They pay decently, but not enough for how skilled each employee must be Experiences can vary greatly from center to center, since the manager/owner has so much influence over how the center works
