      Pros

      Mathnasium fosters a fantastic, positive and encouraging learning environment. The owners care deeply about making sure that every child has a positive experience with math. The hours are fairly flexible and it's possible to work full-time while also tutoring at Mathnasium.

      Cons

      The pay is relatively low for a tutoring company. Tutors receive roughly 1/3 of the price charged per hour to customers and make the same amount regardless of the number of students they work with.
