They only pay tutors a third of what they charge clients No compensation for time taken to prepare for clients

Very flexible hours. Work when you want to. Management will usually adhere to your schedule. Good part-time job if you need it.

Cons

Some of the kids do not want to be there and they will be a nuisance to teach. Not the fault of the company but it still happens
