-Good company culture, friendly colleagues -Entrepreneurial -The company is growing very quick

-Communication : Hierarchical structure + indecisive leadership style (only certain leaders, not all) = hard to get things done on time. -Team growth is struggling to keep up with the company growth, hence employees are taking more responsibiilties on and wearing different hats. For some people, it means a lot of over time. -Lack of resource and mal-function of several systems - no big deal, but definitely room for improvement.
