Hours/week can be anywhere from a hearty 24 to a rather lacking <10 depending on the person. Work distribution is decent but I feel like many would prefer to be working more hours. I think these problems will get better after some more transition time given there's been a new boss for only 3 months. I additionally feel like employees who have been here for longer (1+ years) aren't necessarily compensated or recognized for their loyalty. I, of course, don't know what their pay is or whether they've asked for more hours but I've just noticed they too haven't been getting too many hours as well.

not the greatest paying, perfect for a first job for a high school student
