Pros

Work with kids, beneficial if pursuing a career in education. Good for high school & college students needing a summer job, strengthens your own math skills & increases communication skills and abilities to explain complex concepts concisely.

Cons

Pay is bad, hard to get hours unless you are ACD or CD. Not a career, can't pay your bills, parents can be annoying to interface with.
