Great Place to Work But...

The job is incredibly rewarding and works great with a school schedule. If you want management, teaching, or business experience this is a great place to be.

Cons

Don't expect a lot of $$ or hours. Even as a Center Director you will be capped around 32 hours and you have to keep in mind that centers are usually open only 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. Also, as a franchise your experience will vary based on who the owner is.

i like teaching the children, i mostly like my coworkers.

Cons

my boss is a nightmare, he doesnt know how to run a business. there are no human resources for the staff and there is no one to reach out to. My boss is not fit to own a business. Mathnasium does not take care of its employees.
