Pros

As an intense smiler and dialer, the relaxed yet focused nature of the sales floor allows me to focus on my effort. As I use my intense focused persona, I appreciate the good coaching I am getting from my managers. Going well!

Cons

I would appreciate the option to work remote after a certain period of time. If wanted.

Free lunch on Wednesdays... that's about it

Cons

-Incompetent upper management -You can bring your issues to them, but all they'll tell you to do is stay positive and disregard your concerns -They mention how the company isn't profitable, but will keep burning through people -They talk about being transparent, but they aren't -Agents and customer services reps have told them to hire more customer service people to cut down on customer service wait times, but they only care about sales so they can keep bringing in investor money. This causes agents to get stuck with customer service calls they cannot help with.
