      Great company culture, competitive commission structure, management is young and involved. There seems to be lots of opportunity for growth. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Job can be a little boring and repetitive some days.

      Pros

      Matic truly cares about their employees and when we have suggestions and ideas to help improve the company they will actually implement them if possible! Perks of working for a growing startup! The best management hands down of any where I have ever worked. They truly care about cultivating skills and quality employees and they follow-through on promises. We have fun sales competitions with prizes and good old fashioned fun. Opportunity for high earnings as long as you stay dedicated and focused. Unlimited vacation time (on an approval basis) HUGE PERK!

      Cons

      Same with any sales job- the more time you take off for vacation the less money you make, but we do have base pay to help tide you over if you have vacationed planned.

      Great Company, Even Better Work Environment

      1. Amazing network of coworkers who are willing to share knowledge and help train 2. Very transparent management, Will be honest regardless of the backlash 3. Competitive pay. If you are able to hit minimum commission requirements the pay is great for the market.

      Cons

      1. It is a start up so there are a lot of system changes and you must be willing to adapt to them ASAP
