Pros

- Promote from within environment, I started as a sales rep and worked my way up - Great company culture, I love everyone I work with and Matic truly cares about its people. I have seen the company put their money where their mouth is on this one. - Heavy focus on development, management staff really cares about you - Your voice is really heard and taken to heart. I personally have noticed multiple procedure/process changes implemented as a result of my feedback

Cons

- Fast paced start up environment can induce a lot of stress. Thing change frequently so if you aren't good with change it could be a hard adjustment here!

Startup insuretech company that is established (two funding rounds), but experiencing rapid growth. Now is the time to get in to have a significant impact before it gets too large.

Cons

Like every other company, leadership is in a tough spot navigating the pandemic but they get it right most of the time.
