      Matic's culture creates a family like workplace environment. We really work together as one team with one dream of building the most skilled, professional and customer focused insurance agency in the nation. We pride ourselves on challenging each other to improve our skill set each and everyday.

      Cons

      Start up life can be stressful and challenging. If you're not driven Matic will be a really difficult environment to thrive in.

      The culture is amazing! It is a work hard, play hard environment. There is unlimited vacation days, snacks, coffee, and happy hours for the office. Everyone pushes one another to be the best they can be.
