      Amazing culture, incredible people, motivating environment that is obsessed with finding a better way to do things by collaborating and problem solving.

      Pros

      Matic is a place that is driven by its culture. Nothing about this place is surface level. When you first start and you feel that welcoming feeling it is because everyone is actually happy that you've joined the team. Everyone works for the same goal and the company leaders are transparent in their goals as well as what goes on throughout the company. One of the few places I've worked where the people are the same when they are at work as they are outside of work.

      Growing company ,so currently no 401k matching, but does have a company 401k.

      Pros

      Matic has a great culture. We truly live by the words "work hard play hard" and "one team one dream." I genuinely enjoy going to work everyday.
