Cons
Leadership is a case study in incompetence and ignorance. Many in charge have only ever worked at Matlen Silver, giving them a dangerously narrow view of industry best practices, modern methodologies, or how high-functioning organizations actually operate. Others have only supported a single client their entire careers, making their perspective painfully limited and outdated. There is zero interest in change, zero investment in improvement, and absolutely no regard for culture, fairness, or employee well-being. The idea of work/life balance is laughable here—unless you’re one of their favorites. Nepotism and favoritism are the rule, not the exception. Sexual harassment, discrimination, and juvenile behavior are part of the company's DNA. If you’re not in the inner circle or seen as something pretty to look at, you’ll be dismissed, ignored, or pushed out. Avoid this place like your career depends on it. The company is in financial freefall. People are being fired or walking out weekly, often without warning or cause. Morale is in the gutter, and leadership is either oblivious or just doesn’t care.
