      Terrible work-life balance, tons of pressure from upper management

      I work with an amazing team of dedicated people

      Cons

      I cannot recommend working for Matlen Silver. Although I have a positive experience with my current team, there's just too many problems with the work environment. Employees here have terrible work-life balance due to the intense work atmosphere and fast-paced environment. The upper management puts a ton of pressure on us to reach certain targets.

      Poor Balance Between Pay and Workloads- Beware!

      Pros

      You can work remotely here which can be beneficial for some people, especially those with family resonsible who can't commute daily.

      Cons

      There was no balance between pay and workload. The workloads were insanely stressful and pushed poeple to work brutally exhausting hours. The pay was ridiculously low in comparison. It was not enough to survive financially in the long term. I quit to save my financial future.
