I've heard through the grapevine that some of the old management has been replaced. Best choice they've made… too bad they couldn’t “keep going”

I won't take up too much of your time. i'll let some of the other reviews speak for themselves. I worked there several years ago and "Summit Club" seems to still be in place based on what I've seen from my former collages on on LinkedIn. When I was an employee there, Recruiters/Sales had to hit a specific number in order to earn your spot there, as the Back Office stayed behind each and every year and did all of the work for those employees enjoying themselves posting sipping cocktails on the beach. The Back Office works their you know what off and doesn't get anything in return while being spoken too like they are the dirt on their coworkers shoes. It's extremely unfortunate and very sad to see. I've waited a long time to write this, but maybe someone saying something from prior experience of working there (in the Back Office) will give them some incentive to treat their Back Office team with atleast a little bit of respect and give that team what they actually deserve for all their hard work and for what they deal with on a day-to-day basis.
