Poor Balance Between Pay and Workloads- Beware!

You can work remotely here which can be beneficial for some people, especially those with family resonsible who can't commute daily.

Cons

There was no balance between pay and workload. The workloads were insanely stressful and pushed poeple to work brutally exhausting hours. The pay was ridiculously low in comparison. It was not enough to survive financially in the long term. I quit to save my financial future.

The salary was competitive, and the office space was functional.

Cons

The workplace was plagued by a frustrating and insane amount of conflict, largely due to the owner's manipulative tendencies. It felt like the environment was constantly shifting to meet the owner's self-serving goals, which made any semblance of a stable workday impossible. This kind of misguided leadership severely hampered productivity and overall job satisfaction.
