Great work environment; everyone is treated fairly. The opportunity to make money here is amazing. Very flexible schedule.

Cons

Hours can be long if you are driven by making a ton of money. The schedule in my position if very unpredictable.

Matrix is a team of experts leading the forefront in basement remodeling... utilizing the latest and greatest technologies while also having a team driven to provide the greatest services within their own craft and expertise.

Cons

I guess if you would consider working many hours a week a con... that would be one. I don't look at it that way... as being busy equals job security.
