      Pros

      Kind of weird to be part of a company where everyone is just cool. Whether you're in the Ohio office, the Denver office, Minneapolis, wherever. Just good people. We definitely hire for culture fits as well as technical skills.

      Cons

      Manufacturing as a whole moves conservatively and slow. Some times you might want to use "modern" tools and tech for a project but simply can't. You still have a lot of room and places to grow and learn new skills.

      Good Benefits and pay. Fun company events.

      Cons

      They are terrible when it comes to training. Very much a trial by fire place. There is no standardization in how anyone is trained, documentation, or project management. The building looks like it's stuck in the 80s, very dusty and dark.

      Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the building did have a different feel during 2020-21 when COVID sent all employees to work at home. We are currently in the process of working on a redesign to the Maumee headquarters which will incorporate more light and better aesthetics.
