Can be remote work, lots of opportunity to engage in more than just one project, they encourage you to expand your skill set and learn so you can become a more valuable asset. This company is growing too!

Cons

There are many different projects with different clients, so you may be on solo work from time to time with a client. Fortunately with the many disciplines the people work with, it's not difficult to find help when you hit a roadblock.
