Do the Right Thing Always, Show Meaningful Appreciation, Think Team First, Check the Ego at the Door, and Share Information are just a few examples. We do recognize that travel is part of our industry and we try to balance our client needs with those of our employees. Management is discussing potential benefits and rewards that can be offered to those employees with heavy travel schedules.
