Pros

The culture here is actually what they market it as. Everyone has been very helpful and understanding during my first few months. Their onboarding process is very smooth as well, no technical issues or setup problems.

Cons

There are so many disciplines it's hard to know who to ask what questions right off the bat. Each discipline does things differently and it's hard to know where to jump in at times.
