Pros

Dog friendly and flexible hours

Cons

Too many cliques. There's alot of favoritism among "friends" and nepotism is rampant. Inadequate training and leadership is lacking. There's alot of bullying and threats that make the environment very hostile. Management expect too much from their employees with the huge workloads.

Thank you for the feedback. There is a new and strong emphasis on treating colleagues with respect starting with mandatory, company-wide training on healthy workplaces in December followed by accountability and action. In addition, colleagues now have access to an ethics hotline which is visibly posted in every office and provided through digital messaging. Please report any bullying behavior to the Human Resources team, the ethics hotline or any person in management. Our policy states that retaliation is prohibited and any type of retaliation must be reported for investigation and if substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.

Pros

Good benefits and nice people to work with for the most part. People who are with the company for years are very set in their ways.

Cons

People get pigeon-holed in positions and have no opportunity to move to a different team to gain new skills. Most development work is done by an offshore team. Limited opportunity to learn any skills that are current in 2019. Plenty of opportunities to work with technology from 2012. Managers without management skills rise to the position based on their technical knowledge. If you are not one of the favorites then you don't get any good work. Career goals and aspirations never discussed at a review. The manager was disrespectful of the employee's desire to move forward in their career. Employees should be overjoyed to work with ancient technologies. CEO uses hunting and sports references at every company meeting to get sales goals out to the employees. While amusing, it's rather unprofessional.

We are proud of our colleagues in India who are equally dedicated to building quality solutions and advancing our technical platforms. There is no limit on future work for R&D teams. Our clients need better solutions all the time. Please consider talking to your manager or Human Resources at any time for your individual questions or concerns.
