Pros

An organisation where you won’t be lost in the crowd. The organisation that will count you as one. The organisation where you will have a voice of your own. Technically expertise leadership. Your hard work will be recognized and rewarded surprisingly. Payment increases on merit basis, even before you demand/expect.

Cons

I don't see any downside working at MatrixCare.

Culture is the best thing about MatrixCare. Good work life balance. No Politics, Friendly Environment. Flexible time to work. it is a company which encourage people to try new things and offers great support to improve career and knowledge. Allows people to explore and research on new technologies and innovation. People are treated equally on discussions and meetings.
