Pros

Good co-workers, relaxed work environment, flexible hours, ability to work from home.

Cons

Fractured company, offices and employees all over the place. Too many people have too different work hours. Hires lots of unqualified, useless offshore developers and have to spend way to much time dealing with them. Flag ship product has a known bug list of over 700 know bugs along with work arounds. Poor leadership that doesn't have a clue. Their main goal is to take the company public and then bail out. Do not work here.

Pros

Decent people, good benefits, nice HR department treats employees well.

Cons

Old, proprietary, rigid software tools that are frustrating to use if you've had any prior development experience. A ridiculous "server room" that is basically a ton of Lenovo PCs that run 24/7 for remote employees to Hamachi into. Constant IT problems as a result of poor leadership and insight. An in-house Frankenstein of a CRM/Issue-tracking rigged with bugs, constant crashes and causes problems. Lack of organization, some of the leadership can be overbearing, or just plain stubborn.

Bad management and bad pay. Low level of techincal advancement.
