-interesting projects coming through the door -exposure to fashion/luxury brands that's it

Cons

- disorderly management - egos way too inflated - not a supportive company culture - zero processes in place, just a mess - execution of projects could be way better with organization - driven by self interest so teams are ineffective - undervaluation of everyone's work and talent
