Pros

Great people, team spirit, half-day fridays.

Cons

incompetent, politically motivated middle managers causing unnecessary stress to those under them. little to no training. focus is on cutting costs, yet they pee away so much money due to antiquated systems/tools. focus on cost cutting at the expense of product quality, moving cost targets. many people there for over a decade know only one system and are not open to streamlining the process. due to staff reductions, it doubled the workload for much of the remaining staff.

Pros

Good Pay Near Beach Toys are fun 401K They take care of most of your health care (not all) On-site day care On-site dry cleaning (for a fee) ON-site fitness center

Cons

Horrible culture in Customer Marketing. This department is the epitome of medicority. Management is negative, insecure, and un-kind. Abusive. Even during the interview they try to badger you and some of the mangers get off on making people cry during interviews. Really shocking.

Pros

Half-day Fridays, decent benefits. Greatly appreciate week off at Christmas.

Cons

Disorganized. The constant threat of lay-offs completely destroys morale. Company run by ego-maniacs. Inept all-male leadership making million dollar salaries are steering company closer and closer to financial cliff. Sparse leadership roles for women. Failure to think outside of box. Failure to adapt to technology driven market shift. Married to sexist anorexic branding of Barbie which is the reason the brand is failing. Too much focus on making cheap products versus quality products. Treat employees like expendable manufacturing materials.
